Bookings

A booking request submitted through this site or on WhatsApp is an enquiry, not a confirmed contract. The booking becomes binding once we confirm it by phone or message with a vehicle and a fare. We may decline a booking where no suitable vehicle is available.

Fares

Fares shown on the site are estimates based on approximate road distances and published per-kilometre rates. The final fare is calculated on actual distance run and is confirmed before dispatch. Tolls, parking, state permits and GST are charged in addition and are itemised in every quote.

Waiting and additional usage

Local packages include the stated hours and kilometres. Usage beyond the package is billed at the published extra-hour and extra-kilometre rates. Airport transfers include 45 minutes of free waiting for domestic arrivals and 60 minutes for international, measured from actual landing time.

Cancellation

Cancellations made more than four hours before the scheduled pickup are free. Inside four hours, or after the driver has started toward the pickup point, a compensation charge may apply. Multi-day tours and Tempo Traveller bookings may carry a separate advance and cancellation schedule, stated at the time of booking.

Passenger responsibilities

Passengers must carry valid photo identification where required for permits, checkposts or protected areas. Smoking and consumption of alcohol in the vehicle is not permitted. Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger is chargeable at cost.

Liability

All vehicles carry statutory insurance. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, political disruption or other events outside our control, nor for consequential losses such as missed flights or connections. Personal belongings remain the passenger's responsibility.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat.
