Round trip

Round Trip Taxi in Gujarat

The car stays with you — at every temple, every viewpoint, every unplanned chai stop — and brings you home. Round trips bill at a lower per-kilometre rate than one-way drops, which is why most multi-stop journeys work out cheaper this way.

  • Lower per-km rate

Roughly 12–15% below the one-way rate because there is no dead run.

  • Car waits with you

No re-booking at each stop, no luggage juggling, no waiting in the sun.

  • 250 km/day minimum

Billed on total running or the daily minimum, whichever is higher.

  • Driver stays included

Night halt and driver allowance are in the quote, itemised per day.

A round trip means one vehicle and one driver for the whole journey. You are not re-booking at each stop, not negotiating a fresh fare at every town, and not moving luggage between cars. For pilgrimage circuits, safari trips and anything with more than two destinations, it is almost always the right choice.

Billing works on total running distance — both directions plus any local sightseeing — with a minimum of 250 km per calendar day. A two-day trip that covers 400 km bills at 500 km, because two days times the daily minimum is higher. That minimum exists because the vehicle is committed to you for the duration and cannot take another booking.

Driver allowance is charged per day and covers the driver’s food and night halt. On multi-day trips this appears once for each day, itemised, rather than folded invisibly into the rate. Tolls are estimated on the total two-way distance and reconciled at the end.

The most common round trips we run from Saurashtra are the three-day Dwarka–Somnath circuit, the four-day Gir–Somnath–Diu loop, and Kutch during Rann Utsav. From Ahmedabad and Surat, Statue of Unity, Saputara and Mount Abu dominate. All of them are also available as fixed-price tour packages if you would rather not think about kilometres at all.

Traveller stories

What our passengers say

Unedited reviews from customers who booked through the site and on WhatsApp.

Booked a Crysta for the Dwarka–Somnath circuit. The driver knew every darshan timing and adjusted the plan when the aarti was rescheduled. Fare was exactly what was quoted.
Hardik MehtaRajkot
Late-night airport pickup at 1:40 AM and the cab was already waiting when we landed. Clean car, courteous chauffeur, no last-minute surcharge nonsense.
Priya ShahAhmedabad
Took the Tempo Traveller to Saputara with fourteen people. Push-back seats, working AC, and the driver handled the ghat road brilliantly.
Rakesh PatelSurat
Good experience overall on the Jamnagar–Dwarka run. Car was spotless. Half a star off only because pickup was ten minutes late.
Nirali JoshiJamnagar
Used them for four corporate transfers to Kevadia. Invoices with GST arrived the same evening every time — that alone is worth switching for.
Imran QureshiVadodara
The Rann Utsav trip was planned around the full moon exactly as I asked. Driver even knew which craft villages were open that day.
