How do I book a cab with DiuCab?

Accepted Answer

Fill the booking form with your pickup, drop, date and time — or send the same details on WhatsApp. You get a fare confirmation within 10 minutes, and the driver’s name and vehicle number the evening before travel.

Do you charge for the return journey on a one-way trip?

Accepted Answer

No. One-way trips are billed only for the distance you travel, subject to a 130 km minimum. There is no hidden return-fare component.

What is included in the fare?

Fuel, driver allowance and vehicle charges are included. Tolls, parking, state permits and GST are shown separately in your quote so nothing is a surprise at the end of the trip.

Is there a night charge?

Yes — pickups between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM carry a night allowance of ₹250–₹700 depending on the vehicle. It is always shown in the quote before you confirm.

Can I pay after the trip?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most bookings need no advance at all; for multi-day tours and Tempo Traveller bookings we take a small confirmation advance. Cash, UPI and bank transfer are all accepted.

Can I cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

Cancel up to 4 hours before pickup at no charge. Cancellations inside 4 hours, or after the driver has started, may attract a small compensation for the driver.

Are your drivers verified?

Accepted Answer

Every driver holds a commercial licence, has police-verified documents on file, and has driven Gujarat highways for at least five years. Vehicle papers and fitness certificates are checked quarterly.

Do you operate outside Gujarat?

Yes. We regularly run to Mount Abu, Udaipur, Mumbai, Nashik and Shirdi. Interstate trips include the border permit as a separate line item in the quote.

Which car should I choose for a family of five?

Accepted Answer

An Ertiga or Innova. A sedan seats four adults comfortably; with five passengers and luggage you will want the extra row and boot space.

Are all vehicles air conditioned?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every vehicle in the fleet is air conditioned, including the Tempo Travellers.

Can I request a specific car model?

Accepted Answer

You can request a model and we will confirm availability. If the exact model is unavailable we substitute a vehicle in the same or a higher category at no extra cost.

How early will the cab reach for an airport pickup?

Accepted Answer

The driver reaches 15 minutes before your requested time and tracks your flight number, so a delayed arrival does not cost you the booking.

Question 13

Is waiting time free at the airport?

Accepted Answer

The first 45 minutes after landing are free for domestic arrivals and 60 minutes for international. Beyond that, waiting is billed at ₹150 per hour.

Question 14

Do you provide a meet-and-greet at arrivals?

Accepted Answer

Yes — request it while booking and the chauffeur waits at the arrivals gate with a name placard at no extra charge.
