What we collect

When you make a booking we collect your name, mobile number, optional email address, pickup and drop locations, travel dates and any notes you add. When you browse the site we collect standard analytics data — pages viewed, approximate location by IP, device and referrer.

Why we collect it

Contact details are used to confirm your booking, share driver details and reach you during the trip. Location and trip data are used to dispatch a vehicle and calculate the fare. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand which routes and pages people need, and is never used to identify you individually.

Who we share it with

Your name, phone number and pickup location are shared with the assigned driver, and only for the duration of the trip. We do not sell personal data. Payment information, where collected, is processed by the payment gateway and never stored on our servers.

How long we keep it

Booking records are retained for seven years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained for 26 months. You may ask us to delete anything not required by law at any time.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in to the admin panel and to remember your light or dark theme preference. Analytics cookies are set only when analytics is enabled for this deployment, and can be blocked in your browser without breaking the site.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to bookings@diucab.in and we will respond within 30 days.
