The car turns up; the invoice arrives with the wrong GSTIN, the place of supply is missing, and three weeks later someone in accounts is chasing a credit that will not clear. Every trip on a corporate account is logged against a cost centre or employee reference you supply at booking. At month end you receive one invoice listing each trip with its date, route, vehicle, passenger and reference, plus a compliant tax summary. Input credit reconciles without anyone needing to call us.
Operationally, corporate accounts get priority dispatch during peak periods, a named account manager rather than a general helpline, and standing arrangements for recurring runs — the 7 AM plant shuttle, the Monday client pickup, the airport transfer that repeats every second Thursday.
